Lenn's music has been described as soulful, intensely passionate with awesome sincerity. The music speaks of life, love and the roads we travel. Most importantly, it comes from the heart with no pretense of ego. Light and dark, pleasure and pain, the strands of life.
Raised in California, Lenn traveled extensively, and lived in a number of exotic locales gaining exposure to different non-mainstream cultures and thought. Always searching for the path to what we have lost touch with in everyday life in a modern society. Picking up the guitar at an early age he quickly sought out older band mates that mirrored his level of commitment and passion. His performance skills were developed playing gigs on the legendary rock stages of Los Angeles' Sunset Strip. Gazzari's, The Troubadour, The Roxy and the Ashgrove. Never content to focus on a particular genre or style, his music reflects influences from all forms of rock, blues, and folk. Artists like Neil Young, Leo Kottke, Alice in Chains, STP, Tool, Days of the New, Tantric and others have formed the core that his music is built on. Reflecting elements of all of these styles and yet never really fitting into any one of them.
His powerful voice and respectable guitar work serve as a potent vehicle to transport the true depth of his soul in his lyrics. Emotional stories of life, dreams, loss, pain and affairs of the heart. All reflections of long roads traveled both geographically and emotionally. The melodies, the stories and the passion will pull you in and touch your soul.
